Policy

For the protection of our performers, crew, staff, and you, barebones productions does not require, but encourages mask use for all in-person performances, events, workshops, and meetings. We also highly encourage all barebones attendees to have their COVID-19 vaccination and booster.

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to a barebones show or by entering the barebones blackbox theater, audience members agree to abide by all COVID-19 safety protocols as determined by barebones productions at the time of the event. This could include but is not limited to proof of vaccination or negative COVID test, mask-wearing, temperature checks, social distancing, mobile ticketing, and use of credit cards to purchase concessions, merchandise, or tickets. All safety protocols will be listed on our website prior to performances and may be updated at any time. Barebones staff reserves the right to ask any audience member to leave an in-person performance if their behavior is deemed unfit. Refunds will not be granted in such cases.

By entering a barebones production venue, audience members assume all risks associated with entering a place of public gathering and voluntarily waives any and all claims and potential claims against barebones productions relating to COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness or that arise from or relate in any way to, however caused, the risk of exposure or actual or alleged exposure to a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, in each case whether the actual or alleged circumstances giving rise to any claim or potential claim occur before, during, or after the event.
